Please change the end of the Chaos branch of the Empire tree. Right now you can get a Balor from that but this is also a Unit from the tier 5 Chaos Tome. Giving the same Unit in the Tome and at the end of the Affinity branch, takes away the uniqueness and excitement from both. If its not too much work maybe create an entirely new Unit for the end of the Chaos branch, or make it into some nice effect like the other branches have.

For the OP suggestion, I personally don't have issues with the topic, whether or not that Rite is repeatable. Not every single thing needs to be unique, and the Balor Rite could bring some flexibility in resourses that players spend and in tomes that they choose. You can have Chaos as your second or third Affinity and still have a Balor, which is strong. You can hire a unit with Imperium if you have a shortage of gold. You can spawn this unit as a last resort when an enemy sieges your capital.

The Balor at the end of the Choas branch of the Empire Tree makes it possible for Chaos players to have more access to Tier 5 units than most. I don't like it. It should be a different unit in either tome or Empire Tree.
