There is no change is drop rates, its all RNG.
You can have a long streak of zero SSR units if you are unlucky, next time just mileage if you have an unlucky streak like this

guilty, sin or quency then 3 months minimum for nihi.
I skipped few 30 points missions like doing wipe out twice meaning wasting 50 gems, so that's why it took me around 3.5 months to get nihi.

Not that I think it's a worthwhile spend, but it is another way to reduce the rehab time.

nah, it's not worth spending 50 gems for 2 wipe out 30 points mission, cuz it's still gonna take 3 months, so why not just wait for few more days.
also, I didn't spend any to reroll missions but only changes mission to other rehabs and then back to nihi when reach a chechpoint, which will give you new missions for free, making you earn at max 120 in a single day.
other than that, it's not worth rerolling.
If I had rerolled every single day, then it would have taken me around 1.5/1.75 Months to complete it instead.

Write that you want your pull history. If usual support don't give you your history - say that they should provide you data under GDPR law articles 15/20. They will give you link to some form that will ask about your account info and question that should be answered that you want copy of data about your account.

In 2 weeks after filling this form - they send you your pull history in Microsoft Excel (xlsx) format. Each pull have time, what you have got and type of banner associated with it. Either filter SR/R pulls out of it via Excel or ask ChatGPT to parse this spreadsheet saved as CSV (Comma Separated Values) format.

For my 4200 pulls with a rate of 3% (getting 122 SSR instead of 168) - this is within 0.0002 chance (1 account in 5000 players).
I'll ask for this data next year when I will be around 9000 pulls. If rate will remain at 3% that will mean that they have some account flagging (as otherwise for 9000 pulls 3% rate would be possible only for 1 account out of 20 000 000 players or 0.00000005 chance).
