Some of the NIKKE have favorite items that change their skills and give you a Wallpaper too, You need to have a level 15 collection item, get them to Rank 30 affection and gather a lot of their special item materials

i only have Drake's fav item because she has an event that practically gives you it for free

You can passively farm their item materials with your Outpost Dispatch missions, no idea if you have already unlocked it but then you can send out your Nikke to farm them daily

I prioritized gathering Helm's because it turns her from a meh tier unit to one of the best. Now i'm all ready to do it but now i need to wait for 2x extra copies for her to drop so i can get her affection to lvl 30
