BTW, as you can see in this channel is veeery random... some users got multiple SSR in a single 10 pull, others none in multiple pulls.
The only guarantee are the gold mileage tickets, 200 special recruit pulls = 200 tickets, which can be used to buy the current "special" Nikke (for now Anchor and Mast maid, next week Evangelion girls) in the mileage shop.
Standard recruits give you silver tickets, with those you can buy only spare bodies (there's a fixed rotation).
