If you start with a meta Character/nikke, It gives you a huge boost and advantage to the game but the catch is: Rerolling. Wasting time. Good question. I dont think that regular Pilgrim Banners will get a rerun. You can still pull here since she is still in the pool. Same with Cindarella and Grave. After the Ani they get added to the general Pool. So you can still get them, but the chance is way lower.

Only Use gems On limited banners like Cindy, Grave, Pilgrims and Good/Meta banners

Only Use Blue tickets On The Blue Banner/Ordinary Pull and Not Gems As That's the most Unwise decision I've ever Made From all of the accounts I've rerolled and taken care of.

Not following This Made my past accounts drain to death leading me to Bad Mileage choices and Delayed Gem pulls, This led me to not catch most banners I wanted
