About the first thing though: She is good, but not going to be overly strong afaik, will be good for anomaly interception and solo raids with water weakness but for now I'm not sure if it's super necessary, or even worth investing scarce resources and pulls into her. If you already have some water dps like lud-winter you're mostly good i think. Still she is a real hottie! Also she's not limited so you could just wishlist and hope to get a copy down the road

For sure, I used to do that in the beginning myself due to 1. No knowledge 2. I needed to pass the 160 barrier eventually. I started when Sakura or Biscuit dropped and went all in on pulls for a long time no matter the unit haha. Now there are more options, better guides and more resources to snatch for newer players so I imagine it's a bit better now.
