Discovered I pulled an SSR so I skipped to the SSR pull and thought I pulled Clay, Brid, Zwei, Bunny Alice, Base D, Ein, Mast or any wishlisted NIKKE. so i started playing Nikke when I heard the Evangelion collab. Day 1, first time pull on special recruit got my first SSR & it was Asuka. It took me 17 more ten pulls on that special recruit to get my 2nd SSR from it, but it was Emma, and not Asuka. 1 SSR every 9 ten pulls. Feels way lower than 4%, eh? Speaking of luck... the results of my 50k gems spent! I got right mari immediately after my rei pull, ASSuka took the rest of the 40k gems to come out but at least I got her, and a couple stragglers. Snow white was nice but mary made me almost lose it lol

i remember getting advice to save up core dust but not battle data, so I have a little less of that but comparing it to yours (my nikkes being 235) i did a decent job at getting data lol
