In terms of usefulness, Mari is the most generic. But Asuka and Rei are really nice, especially for Fire Code.
The issue is there being 3 SSRs, and how the anniversary is literally in 2-3 months.
You'd have to do like at least 100 pulls each just to try and MLB them, with good luck.

I think its safe to say most people aren't looking to MLB each collab unit. At most just a copy of each, which is still likely to dip heavy into your gems with bad luck
