It’s sheer RNG, I’ve heard of some people going over 200 pulls without a single SSR, and then there are the times when someone gets 6 SSRs in 50 pulls, it’s just random and it can feel terrible when the negative aspect viciously strikes you when you have a limited number of pulls to attempt

It should average out unless your luck is truly cursed, but average out means different to people who can only pull slowly over weeks or months.
