That's still not a guarantee, a guarantee is a 100% chance. It's that you are definitely getting it, and even if you do 3 multis on a banner you are never guaranteed a pilgrim. Trust me, I've done it xD

And even on event banners, you only have a .5% chance to get any pilgrim. That means statistically, you should only get a pilgrim once every 200 pulls

Yeah if it's a pilgrim-specific banner, the rates change. Iirc it's a 1% chance for the banner-specific pilgrim and the regular pilgrims remain the same. So you still only have a 1.5% chance of getting a pilgrim, which is technically one every 75 pulls

You got lucky lol yeah on pilgrim banner the odds of getting a pilgrim (any, not just the banner one) is 1.5% or 1/75. The banner-specific one is a 1% chance. Your odds of getting any SSR is 4%, so you get a pilgrim less than half of the time just based on pure math alone
