Soline has potential, but you'd have to put in way too much resources for that, you'll get better results with less input elsewhere. Red Hood is good. In my opinion, that's about it. Nothing gamebreaking, though her gimmick enables some crazy teambuilding if you know what you're doing. Rupee is a good B2 DPS, especially worth investing into if you don't have any decent B3 DPS. Also, gawd dayum 3 SSR in a single x10??

I think its cause despite being highly anticipated Anni banner, she underperform compared to other nikkes. Liter does better B1, B2 is just straight useless, B3 is 50% of Alice. If you're trying to use her at a specific role she gets outclassed by everyone, but if you use her as a general, Jack of all trade Nikke, then she's good. But at the end game, you want specialized nikkes not general fill in the slot nikke. I think that's where the disparity is

You shouldn't level your SSRs yet unless they are limit broken twice. SRs can get a higher level cap faster since their easier to pull. Its not worth it to upgrade a SSR until you've pulled one 3 times.

Accounts 1 and 2 have units that are extremely hard to come by not to mention extremely strong and thats why they are still viable options.

Option 2 is just from a general gameplay standpoint the best. You will have no problem clearing content, you can invest more into your team since they will be your go to from day 1

Like right now, the problem is both the wall and the inevitable CP deficit you're going to run up against as you push towards Chapter 16 and up. Some units, like Centi, are just really good at pushing content. If I didn't go to #team-building , I would not have learned this.

RH clears good for the first 30 seconds but after that she falls off. Once you get to late game you’ll be begging to take her off your main team. 💀 I was malding when I invested in Makima and Maiden but they could take you for so long till they become worthless in campaign
