I wouldn't pull for just one, you need both of them to use full potential, I would not pull unless you can be mostly sure you'll be able to get both, If you can't they go to normal banner (along with blanc and noir, so just wishlist them and blanc bc you have noir) and you can save for anni. just my opinion, you can ask others for what they think tho

You need both Naga and Tia to even make real use of them. With only one, they just suck, similar to bunnies and how you need both Blanc and Noir to really get mileage out of them
If you don’t have the bunnies, you could technically go for them. But I’d rather just do the anniversary banner. You’re still early game probably, so the anniversary banner will have far more value for you overall (if there really is a celebration for the 1-year anniversary, a pilgrim banner could be up, and pilgrims are far more valuable).

They are very good together. You need to run an extra Burst 1 along with Tia because she reenters burst 1 stage.

So it could be Tia, Liter, Naga, Modernia, and your pick of B3 DPS.
