It is all random number generator (RNG) based, I recommend not using it all in one go with multiple multi spins at once. If you don’t get what you want on the banner after at most 20 pulls, wait a while before you try again to change up your RNG at that time then try again (Take this with a grain of salt, this is just what I do and works about 70% from my experience)
