hmm, its better that you ask here #questions because there are more knowledgeable people there. All i know is both of these units are the best burst 1 supports in the game. for who's better investing in that i don't know for sure, but from what i know Dorothy is kind of mid/end game while liter is good for early/mid/end game (my opinion ofc)
