They’re strong in their own way… the kits sound powerful. The problem is, “powerful for what?”. Makima is looking like she’s trash unless you invest a lot into her, and that’s an unknown many non-whales aren’t willing to explore for others… She heals uselessly at 1/1/1, and probably not much better at 4/4/4 skill, with generic lvl 0 T9s. So she goes invincible, clings to life for its duration, then dies. Which means you need another healer anyway if you wanted her to survive…

Power is solid but eclipsed by Laplace. Unless a situation comes up where you need to instantly apply a perfect 3000% dmg scenario… which is only at max skill investment, mind you. Plus being Abnormal, they can’t assist you with a manufacturer tower climb…

So all in all, Makima’s cannon fodder in PvP and Power is OK if you don’t have Laplace.

Maybe later someone will showcase a heavily invested Makima or Power and appeal to us to change our minds.

I originally thought Makima might be SS tier in some things like Altesien, but it’s hard for me to downgrade from a MLB+ Noise geared in manu gear to a 0LB Makima in generic gear and feel good about it. Not even whales have manu t9 for the Abnormals yet unless they got lucky yesterday. So we might have regrets in the future if it turns out Makima or Power are goddesses Or they’ll stay mediocre
