You are more likely to get pilgrim over nonpilgrim in special but it doesn't mean you're more likely to get pilgrim from special compared to standard when the rate for both is the same. I don't know why you did 6 blue and 5 red and then 3 blue and 5 red to prove a point when the ssr rate in both banners is the same at 4%.
