could work with N102. but I think you wanna get x2 Burst I, x1 Burst II, x2 Burst III for maximum efficiency.

Also need to keep in mind the skills that doesn't overlap otherwise they would be practically useless. Usually burst III skills doesn't overlapp cuz their CD are long and vast. so usually you want a good burst I that is always ready to activate
