Julia can be good if you can lower her magazine size, baseline has a crit rate boost so crit damage is a possible build for her. She gains crit damage everytime you empty it upto x5 but within 15 sec per stack. Privity is the go to pick, Aria helps too with crit damage, crit rate and more accuracy but not required, Helm is just great with everyone really and adds to the atk/ crit stuff. Liter is just a flat atk buff at Burst 1, also a good pick with CDR on Burst.

rare but relatively speaking this special banner makes them "increased rate" relative to the other SSRs. So if you get SSR, you have 50/50 chance of getting Helm, if not, you have a 2/3 chance of getting pilgrim vs. the other SSRs (something like that)

again, enough with the "how she performs compared to other DPS". The only thing that matters is team synergy and burst windows. If you have to run 2x burst 2 units just to keep her alive long enough to take hits and deal damage then you're impacting other units use cases materially. So for example, if you have to run a Folkwang + Poli/Centi as your 2x Burst 2 vs. other comps that can run Liter + Dolla and have more frequent burst windows...then you'll get out dps'd in the long run. The math isn't hard. Stages are timed, burst windows have CDs...all the variables are known.
