It's fine visually (it's even real good), but considering the entirety of Rapi's arc is about, after wanting to become Red Hood for so long, finding herself and coming to terms with the fact it won't happen, but that she can uphold her legacy by following her own path, just putting her in Red Hood's outfit goes against her personal growth, it's betraying her character journey just for a "look she's wearing her mentor's outfit" skin, which feels a lot less personal than the other two skins which reflect more Rapi's newfound proactivity to pursue the commander's affection
