Looked up and read through the law. Like almost all laws, it's poorly worded and comically redundant only on points that are arguably already redundant via existing laws.
But overall, it's fairly specific and limited in what it's banning. The only parts that would be concerning are that it implies there is such a thing as "serious literary or artistic value" and that this is somehow defined by "community standards".
Also, just the fact that it's specifically referencing fictional creations and characters, while also being specific that it applies to characters under the age of 18, as if there is any sensible correlation there.
Overall, it's a terribly worded law, as are the vast majority of all laws. But even my own state, which is certainly less competent than Texas, has long had a very similar law which is far more elaborate in it's wording.
And anime is still perfectly legal, because almost every state already has some law like this.
Just had to post this rant since you made me read through multiple sections of a pointless and redundant bill.

But my state and most states already have similar laws. The fact this Texas bill is so weirdly specific about what depictions it's banning tells me that they already have a similar law, like everyone else, but it wasn't broad enough for them.
So it's really not anything new in terms of the wider US or probably even Texas. Its extremely redundant.

The game doesn’t play itself. You must strategize. As I said and how “dank poster scorp miller” is describing it. You don’t just let your horse run off and she suddenly wins or loses. And it’s not all up to chance. Upgrade speed so they don’t fall behind, stamina so they continue to run, strength to push through the pack, guts to hold on to your remaining strength, and wit to decrease negative Variables like not proc-ing your skills or late starts and being rushed. YOU the player must decide what skills they have, and prepare them for races ahead. I’ve mentioned this before but a character like Bourben I find really difficult to build. I had to try and try again with different strategies until I finally grasped how to win. That’s the “strategy” I was referring to
