nop, current rank again affect the reshuffle rank, but depends in who is in the older bracket with a better rank or not

so, snipe work for next season and reshuffle, not for rewards (unless people have the same amount of points, and the rank will decide who get better rewards in case there is a difference)

my experience is for example, if you stay on rank2 entire season, and snipe rank1 before season reset.

if there is a reshuffle, you likely wont get rank1. instead the "shuffle" who stayed at rank1 for longer should get it

im not sure if this is true, because Im meeting the same few folks on reshuffle, e.g. there are a few buckets and the top players are always in one of them. I have friends across 2-3 such buckets (ocassionally we are grouped together), so I know for certain that older accounts do not always get ranked first

the only reason people with newer account and lower teams cp get better ranks every reshuffle is because they had a better rank than you in his older bracket, that is common, but it is also common to people attack when sp open

So to summarize basically Snow Crane has this going for her:

Good:

1. she is defender so she has synergy with biscuit
2. she provides passive 10% mac hp buff when she doesn’t have a healer in the team
3. she gives shield without bursting once you reach full burst.
4. If you use her as B2, she heals massively.

Bad:

1. Low burst gen
2. Cant synergize with stall teams and some key meta units because she wants to be an exclusive healer
3. There are other great B2 you will use to burst with anyway (Noah, Blanc, Bay, Nayuta)

I also struggle to find synergies with her. Slow Cindy? But then again you lose some utility with her shield. Tanking nukes? Her shield only activates when you enter full burst (not when B2 happens) and paired with low burst gen, you create more problems than solutions.

I thought about some synergy in Bay comp but then you realize that Bay heals allies so nope.
