Not really, true dmg is only a part of Vesti dmg. And RH ATK buff scale higher, being a pilgrim and all (unless you Ada had much more dupe) as well as buffing the 3-4 attack pre-fullburst and the nuke.

Ofc it's case dependant, but you could try RH buff, plus, RH buffed SW as well.

Initial look at the collab units doesn't really indicate any PvP use.
Chitaso has an initial 2s invuln which I guess is nice but her damage is just purely from single target auto attacks and she doesn't offer any team utility or buffs, so I can't see her PvP usage.
Takina would be OP... If her S2 was her burst and not a 15s active skill. Her burst also doesn't really do much, again but a PvP unit.
Kurumi is kinda interesting. She's an SR and also an AR so low burst gen but she applies an almost 20% dmg taken debuff as a B1. You'd have to do the math to compare it to the atk buffs that other B1s give, but because it's a separate multiplier, it could find some niche uses. She's free anyways.
