How to use a tier list:

2. Throw the rest of the tier list out the window and finish building out the rest of the teams using the rest of your roster

If you try to complete the second half of your teams using the tier list, you will very likely end up with bad teams

noah, biscuit, swha, lib dolls to SR15 or adding more OLs

in terms of unit, ada is also usable situationally... xmaiden is a little bit on the niche side but it's not a bad unit per se

work on your utilities once your B3 cores are done imo
