Rumani should NOT have any cs lines at all apparently as she's supposed to be slotted into "slow team". In their pvp investment guideline, 0x cs on Rumani but 4x cs for other RLs . Havent personally tested so a grain of salt

Sure, if that’s your way of thinking. If you really have the ability to have 2 sac units at level 1, and survive using 3 units with an abundance of cp to do this on a regular, or you fight people that are generally way lower in cp than you… sure, have at it.

But unless a whale comes in asking for help, I don’t see really anyone who can realistically employ a 2 sac setup, ESPECIALLY when you need a heavily-invested Rosanna to employ sac strats in the first place.
