should i focus on building a team around her burst or is her normal skills what makes her good?

2. Her s2 that links herself and 2 other allies have synergy with other units that have skills that activate when taking damage (like Scarlet S2) and it also contributes to burst gen

U most commonly use Scarlet+Jackal together on the same team, and generally Scarlet goes in p1 and Jackal goes in p5
This makes enemy AR/SMG/MG feed your team a lot of burst or kill themselves against scarlet, and shotgun units shoot p5 for even more burst feed = ur team will burst faster

we replace alice because she is very easily hardcountered by enemy bringing taunter defender+biscuit, ein has an AoE nuke that's harder to defend against
if you have 3 AoE nuke carries then the enemy has to choose which one to use noah on and makes it harder for them to think how to win 2 fights

Still, if you invest lots of CS line on her she would still be able to do 4 shot in 3rl much easier than regular SR...

Regular SR would need like 2-3 black line and 1-2 blue line for that.

It's only 21.19% charge speed to do that. For RH. Which is cheap if you get lucky getting 4 T11 CS on your first roll and equip CS cube.

This is kinda pointless most the time but it's still something interesting to me so I wanted to mention it.

ultimately, for most people, I would highly advise thinking twice about rosanna.

now that SR dolls have been introduced, she can't reliably one-shot opposing attackers anymore (apart from water element attackers i.e. Emilia, where a b7 rosanna without any OL will reliably take care of it).
this is due to damage reduction stat (from both SR dolls & tempering cube, if you're using rosanna against teams with <2 attackers.)
also, with Noah's burst gen being buffed, she's far more easily counter-able by a Noah team.

this is not commentary on Champions' Arena - if you've tried building your CA teams, you may find that rosanna has a place (or not, that depends on your box and what you're doing ultimately).

but as of this message, if you put rosanna in your DEF, it is a free win for the attacker.

most sensible rosanna comps will not be able to deal with a indom RH b3 - so you are highly likely going to just lose this

so here is how your rosanna just created more problems than it solved

i can go over a lot of matchups, but its not worth the time -
ultimately, the result is its just not going to work anymore once u go past sync400

as for anis ( not s.anis) in p5 with biscuit, she could "steal" biscuits invulnerb that could be better spent on casting it twice on p1 for stalling

you're gonna want to work with the following:

pepper, poli, jackal, cindy, RH, grave, noir, SBS, anis, pmaid

buffers: liter, grave, poli, RH B1
batteries: pepper, jackal, noir, anis
nukers: RH B3(can be single target wipe, careful on taunters, biscuit and quick nuke teams), SBS, cindy, pmaid

i'd say you could aim for 1 really strong team, 1 that is somewat balanced, 1 that is only CP padded (as you lack batteries)

make sure you wishlist centi and blanc

Yeah that helps alot, only thing im curious about is Alice. Not worth it? Or is it 2 early for her? Since I saw her on some lists and you're kinda forced to build her anyway due to the "Alice Diary"

Alice is only a thing when mob stay static. PC you could use trick to keep mobs from jumping and aim during pause, much easier.

Can't really hitting the phone 3 times per second while also moving the aim spot.

To shot at core for fast enemies.

Did you use the Burst gen tool to check? Should do 4RL for your level.

I remember that should be fine. No need for 3rl teams because everyone run 4rl above anyway.

be careful with cindy in p1, as positioning matters not only for burst order but also for targetting

cindy in p1 basically enables the enemy team to have higher burst gen, you really don't want that

(unless for very few cases where you want for some reason them to burst faster)

burst order is from left to right, so if you've 2 B1, the one who triggers is the left most

Your team/enemy team need > 0.846 so your stats won't be nerfed though.
