So, I just cannot go to besiege palace, it does not appear as unlocked on the map as well
When I beat the 2nd boss, the same message as early acess appears and the cutscene of being corrupted and sent to the bola starts, however, instead of being sent there, I respawn in the same spot, unable to do anything and can only leave by alf+f4
(I have recorded this happening but discord does not let me send the video here since its too big)

Mmm weird! Version Is correct (1.0.2), the save file will help. Do you have multiple slots?

Only this one as my main, the other two can be deleted with no problem if needed
Tho, i did check, if I create a new one, the palace seems to be unlocked in the map, tho I did not go there yet since I have to sleep
But I would really like to not start over from zero lol

If you want, I've updated the file so that the palace is unlocked. You can wait for another feedback directly from the team, otherwise try to put it with the name global-slot1.sav, it should appear in the second slot. Anyway you have the starting file!

I have also had this issue - converted my legacy save from the beginning of early access. Don't know if that is the cause

That character didn't appear at all, at least for me. I beat Baatar, had a dialogue with him, and then had the same scenario as the video of OP

So immediately after the door you don't have nothing. Go back directly to oasis

It doesn't even send me back to oasis. It attempts to kill me but then just leaves me back at the door to the next area with everything unequipped, no ui, no ability to even pause

I think it does rly matter when you convert the save
as we did it looong time ago (not now), then players who played more during EA (not just during start of it) are safe
