I had this build when first encountering Kaali. Didn't think that I would win on the first try, but in the end just obliterated her in an instant. It was enough for one combo in every phase to move to next phase.
Dunno, maybe I was lucky with medallions or what, but Slayer's damage was just unreal.

if you use specials at all I'm sure you do it unintentionally at least on ones that let you

Never used special on this one and rather medallions gave me enough crit chance, so that every fourth hit was a crit 😅
