The issue is that pairing with the trackers is possible, but the status doesn't switch to blue “syncing” and only one tracker shows as ready.
When I turned off the power to the other trackers and connected only one, that tracker became ready.
However, when connecting a second or subsequent tracker, it does not show the blue “Syncing” status. Instead, it displays “Tracking failed.” Even after performing tracker setup, only the tracker used during the initial setup process switches to the “Ready” status.
I tried disconnecting nearly all USB devices from the computer, and also tried connecting via a USB expansion card, but the issue persisted.
I also tried updating the BIOS, updating the chipset drivers, using various USB cables, and reseating the memory. The trackers would pair but would not synchronize.
I performed a full reset of the Ultimate Trackers, but it did not improve the situation.
I tried nearly everything I could think of, but the issue persists.
If anyone has any help or suggestions for improvement, I'd greatly appreciate it.

ちなみにAMD CPU環境ではこの問題が起きるのですがIntel pcの環境では正常に動作します。

It might already be a known issue, but it could be a good idea to report the details to support.

When I looked through some past threads, I found a few with similar issues.
One of them mentioned that doing a double reset (resetting twice in a row) might help — have you tried that?
