Did you check that the Vive addon was running in SteamVR ?

Also, have you tried to use a USB cable directly into the headset without using the Display Port adapter ?

You are correct, no vive addon in steamvr running. Havent tried it when running through the headset but with vive hub running and then starting steam vr I don't see it.

How can I manually add this? I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both steamvr and vive hub and also deleted saved files in program files

I have also tried latest release of vive hub and also beta 2.3.3b
