When the Vive Ultimate asks me to turn my back to my computer, I immediately lose connection with the calibration. At the same time, it wants me to face the computer with the tracker, and when I turn back again, the connection is lost again.
So you get message Connection lost, Where do you have your dongle placed?
Can you send it again? For some reason this is broken for me (I love discord)
Its not the best place for dongle but its good, Lets start with basic things.
What software version you have? (I mean Go to: VIVE Hub > Settings > Informations > VIVE Ultimate Tracker and you can send a screenshot for example)
Idk, I can send you what "windows/buttons" (or whatever you want to call it lol) you should click, Just give me moment

Maybe lets try something different, Try to connect the dongle directly to your PC, Dont use USB extenders (Or whatever are they called) (Or if you need, use only one USB Extender)

Try this:
- Unpair all trackers
- Pair Only One tracker
- Try making map calibration

I think I know why, Your tracker is not loosing connection, it looses position (For some reason I was thinking your tracker was loosing connection, stupid me lol) I think you are too close to the wall, Move closer to the center of your room like in this beautiful art (lol)

have you experimented with lightning?
How abt, less light?
for example, turn off one of the light bulbs or unscrew one lol

hm.. I had it for a sec. but I think it was bc I have one broken light bulb, Try moving your tracker faster and with more movement (Not too fast ofc but just a lil faster)

Hi! What will happen when you will set your Monitor position to different one? I mean do not move your real monitor, just when VIVE Hub asks you to point to your monitor just point for example to your wall, or bed, I think you know what I mean
