Hi everyone,
My Vive XR ELITE came today and i was excited to start using it. However, when i first booted the device, i got the depicted CLI Screen. Factory resetting didn't do anything either, and i can't find any info about this online. Can anyone please help me with this?

I have the same problem. The headset is stuck on the loading page. I've tried to factory reset and still like that

I think it was a replacement. Because I sent it to get the arm fixed but it came back as new

I did factory reset and the loading screen still stuck. I did bootloader and this is what happened

Sry my bad, I was gonna ask if you guys were factory reset the device by htc download mode. Something like this
You can boot into htc download mode by holding volume down while powering up the device.
However if this is a bit trouble to do so, suggest to contact the customer care to have them restore the working condition. Thanks

Yes that was the first thing I did. I selected the last option. FACTORY RESET and the loading screen was stuck.
