I am currently updating the converter firmware. Unfortunately it seems stuck near the end. Waiting now since 15 mins. There is no cancel button or anything and I am afraid to brick it...what to do?

You can unplug everything including power and usb from PC

#

Then plug in USB back to PC

#

It should allow you to retry firmware update

#

BTW, Are you using public version of VIVE hub?

Did u also disconnect the power source?

Can you check the device manager to see what name showed up when USB is in?
