when i update mine, it does seem to shut off temporary or the led lights shut off for a few seconds but it connects back and the progress shows successful

is your usb cable a data cable?

have you tried to reset the tracker first? then update it again?

I've attempted everything, including replacing the data cable, factory resetting the tracker, and even reinstalling the software, but the issue persists.
The board itself is most likely the issue.
I decided to return this one and just get a new tracker instead.

I've done that as well
but I went this route instead
My new tracker arrived today, it updated and works perfectly
