Vive hub update broke my tracking I'm seeking health because of the most recent vivehub update i have vive ultimate trackers and until I updated it,I had a very solid tracking map. It is now buggy, none of my trackers work correctly. It won't even scan the environment correct I've never had this problem, and i've had these things for about a month, all I did was update the firmware and the software, and now the trackers no longer work completely
There are three colors that prove how good your space is for fulltracking
Blue: Best /good
Green: mediocre/ok
Red:unacceptable: won't track

used to always be in the blue but now l'm in the red on every side of my room please. I need help with this. I did not pay six hundred and seventy five dollars for something that doesn't work
I've even tried setting up multiple times completely new tracking spaces

I use standalone wireless streaming apps

Oculus link hasn't worked since.I got the headset, steam link and virtual desktop work perfectly fine

You found the issue? Mine are absolute trash now because of this firmware update. I've had them since launch and this is the worst experience I've ever had from an update on them.

any chance resetting the trackers will make any difference?

oh and i also would make sure the cameras are clean before i start mapping
sometimes it makes my tracking start tracking a lot easier
maybe give it a wipe as well?

Try not to have multiple space calibrator installed. Be sure to clear the non vive one calibration result before using the vive space calibrator.

better but the issue of the flying off every five seconds is still persistant

i just uninstalled and reinstalled again and th other trackers are hella accurate but it seems the problem can shift back and fourth between whatever tracker connects last

i also just got this error for the first time out of the maybe 30 time within the past four days

Try grab a log from vive hub for me? And make sure to connect the tracker with usb C that’s having issue with when collecting the log.

@brittle wagon My apologies, would you be able to connect the tracker while getting the log? R&D has mentioned they need the tracker log to investigate further.
