When I smile even though gestures are turned off and my eyes are fully open 1 eye closes whenever I smile I switched between 3 to 5 different avatars and they all did it I don't know why it's happening I don't think it happened in the last update thank you @mental grove thank you

Hey @fallen schooner Could you let me know the software versions you’re using? Specifically: 1. Focus Vision software 2. VIVE Hub version 3. ViveStreamingFacialTracking module

Also, if the eye tracking issue happens again, it would be helpful if you could send an issue report through VIVE Hub (version 2.2.5 beta). Just go to Settings > Advanced > Others > Report Issue. Thanks so much!

I'll lyk if I have any issues with 1 eye being shut, should hopefully narrow down the causes

update: 0 issues in vrc on the latest firmware (my et works fine) hub beta 2.2.5 / vive module 1.7

I see, coz we were only able to replicate the issue if we didn't calibrate the eye tracker when switching users.
