So long story shortIt will not connect, like it will connect and I can start setup, but won't let me set up, keeps loosing tracking and constant flashing green. Nothing is wrong with it lens are cleaned, everything up to date, and I do not know other ones work perfectly fine this one just started randomly not being able to connect.
I've tried reinstalling, covering, repairing, cleaning, and etc.
Side note: Only thing haven't tried is warranty because seems to be something inside, like I said same conditions as others and others work perfectly fine.
I've tried following guides, but I do not know how to do my warranty also it's less than a year so I know it's active still.

I've opened the inside of the tracker and nothing is damaged or loose
At this rate going to get a new tracker, no idea how to activate warranty for it, and Nothing physically wrong is wrong
no updates, i've reinstalled several times, etc. so long story short screw this tracker. Nothing software end I can help, nothing physical even after taking it apart very carefully. and emailed a week ago with no sort of contact.
If anyone else has the issue of it endlessly loosing tracking for no aparent reason with nothing physically wrong and reinstalling vive doesn't help, I'm sorry, but hope something comes along and helps.

have u tried holding the button for 10sec to hard reset that tracker?
or plug it into PC with usb cable and reset that tracker?

As far as resting with the 3 dots it won't let me
grayed out like it's not an option even when clicking it
can someone send me to the right place to start the process or what I need to send it in? It's a little complicated to firgure out where I'm so supposed to look. Please and thank you 😊
