#deluxe pack redeem issue

Hi there, I already own an XR Elite and tried to redeem the new deluxe pack - however something seems to have gone wrong.
I entered the serial numbers and email into the https://www.vive.com/us/redeem-deluxe-pack-accessories/ page - it gave me a link to claim the pack and emailed me the same link. However when I click the link it gives me the attached message. I have a feeling this is because I opened the US website from the promotional youtube video description while being a UK customer, so it has redeemed my deluxe pack on the incorrect website, and of course attempting to redeem it on the UK website now tells me that the serial numbers have already been used. I'd like to know if it's possible to get this sorted, thanks.

I've now put in a request with vive UK support. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction!

I need help with exactely the same issue but my problem is that i don't have the proof of purchase.
