this couldn't possibly happen with regular restart

to add to the trippiness i think unity got rid of the oldest player scene

which means every time you restarted it would spawn a new player scene

with the most recent iteration still existing

so when you restarted you were killing off the oldest one but the one that you were just playing stll existed and you could still control it

the AA was only being applied to the older instance as well which is what gave those weird fucking lines

as far as strathiding goes its hard to say whether im 'hiding' anything to be honest

our routes have always been very different in general and theres little bits of timesave ive found but idrk if id call anything a new route

also imo routing is a cool part of the competition, personally i think its interesting to have the puzzle solving of making an optimal route be part of it so i think strathiding is a bit fairer to do in this environment
