I think its EXACTLY what he needed

His ult before sucked so bad cause it put your team down a healer AND his location was broadcasted to be at the center of his circle with so much time to ready an attack on him

Both of those are now not gonna be as much of a problem cause he can heal himself with the field and the team can use the field for healing while jeff is ulting so he isnt just useless go his team during it now
