if u got more than one item in there, you will either load into your previously worked on map, or it will just completely render ur level unplayable

ye replace it with the current one ur working on
swap that one to "none" and then replace it with bundle on your new one
and i don't think multiple scenes will have any major effect on your levels or anything from what i've gathered
mainly because each scene has it's own set folder for like all the components you use in a map

it lost collisions setting it to the layer that had to be added for it, so taking that off again and gunna see if having a default material in helps

make sure to put a reflection probe with the bounding box covering gold, and u will need to make a material than set the renderer to "new gold shad" its not perect but it contains the normal that the game has so it gives the gold more life than the other one i did.

This is how i setup the mesh itself if you think that has some effect
basically I just did what I saw was being done on some of the prefab objects
click on the texture in base map and it should show the file of the texture 2d set the alpha source to input texture alpha if its not already otherwise ill pkg a file and send it.

thing is the first part of my level is like a lot more linear and initially u would do it slowly
tried to design it to like make the player understand the cards

the editor change also came with a new rmmby level loader update dll
that might be it
another good way to check is check ur level.json
if it has a "MUSIC: "[music ID]"" section
that means it is correctly configured
