you have to put the goal inside of a collider with 'Is Trigger' checked on the collider
if it doenst work try increasing the size of the collider bc that matters

i think it's a pretty simple problem but im a lil too dumb right now to figure out how the best way to solve it would be
ok im overcomplicating it but
in MusicSetup in the LevelSetup class, there is a second if statement that handles the custom music stuff
the main problem with it, is that it is attaching itself to the "teleport_START" component, which is on the "Player" scene
and when you restart, it ends up destroying everything from all the scenes EXCEPT for the scene that is appropriately named "DontDestroyOnLoad"
so basically when you restart, you end up destroying the custom music, then generating it again, making it restart
so the teleport start component already knows what music to put in, but it never stores it in a scene that doesn't destroy it, so i think the solution to that would be pretty easy ?? but im a lil dumb to figure it out
i belive you can just do Object.DontDestroyOnLoad(music object)
i guess you would have to create a new object to hold the music component rather than attaching it to teleport_start
its a little weird, cause i don't want to entirely replace them as that would also ruin the existing custom levels with custom music already
but i think it could be as simple as that, im not too sure
i'll have to play around
ah yea i forgot you'd have to work around not ruining existing levels as well

you have to make sure its named CustomLevel and its asset bundle is set to 'bundle' and that nothing else has either of those

how do you "attach" enemies to red doors so that when the door breaks the enemy dies

the game is supposed to check that automatically by looking below the enemy to see if there's a breakable there
but it doenst work in custom levels for some reason
it does work with barrels tho, so you could put a barrel on it and it exploding would kill the enemy

I thought u could attach a breakable platform to an enemy as a child of the enemy and it would die once the platform was broken, but I mightve been dreaming when doing that.

you can bind a key to mouse inspect in unity explorer options and then use that to just click on an object in game
but then you have to search through it to find what you want (like looking at the mesh renderer to find the material)

Window > Rendering > Lighting > Environment Tab > enable fog
it won't be volumetric so you won't see any floating fog but it give a nice gradient

working full adder in neon white
so basically how it works is:
This is a full adder, a kind of circuit that adds together 3 numbers (each being either 0 or 1) and gives two outputs. The outputs put together give the sum of those numbers in binary.
shooting any of the tripwires marked with the colored circles will "add" 1 to the sum. To get the sum, you need to shoot the output tripwire, labelled by the gray circle. (you ALWAYS shoot the output trip LAST)
the two vending machines tell the result in binary: the bottom machine is the first digit and the top machine is the second digit, so like 0 = 00 = neither machine dispenses and 3 = 11 = both machines dispense
and then if u wanna finish the level or smth theres a boof goal on the platform below

i feel like it would be kinda hard to make it work as an actual hide and seek map
im not. the greatest neon white hide and seeker
and i havent played it.
but like
i feel like the skeld has very little hiding spots unless you can add fog to recreate low vision like in among us
and even then, it'd be hard for EVERYONE to see unlike in among us in which you can change the imposter and crewmate vision regions independent of each other
theres probs already a unity map for it
i think maybe the airship, the fungle or mira hq would work better since They're not kinda flat and open
