I seal your words with a binding kiss
to crease over themselves,
to keep it in the small tuck of my jeans.
I surgically perform origami on each letter
so that the wrinkles tell different stories.
So your deceit is a steamboat
where I grip the wall with pruney fingers,
the same ones that can unfold meaning
only to fold again into swans,
into roses.

I like this one, just it doesn't have much of a flow.
Thank you for pointing this out, how can I make the flow show up more here?

i made some changes, but it might change the soul of the poem ;(
I seal your with a binding kiss,
crease them into themselves,
keep them in the small tuck of my jeans.
I surgically perform origami on each syllable
So the wrinkles hold different stories.
Your deceit is a steamboat
And I grip the wall with pruney fingers
The same ones that peel back meaning
Only to fold again
Into swans and roses.
