These bloodstreams flow more gently,
Awakened, jagged breaths were plenty.
Now hiccups of the zephyr's unfettered,
My skin stops its weeping, it's a rebirth.
My hair waves goodbye to the sunrays,
Sweat fades trickling down my highways.
The paths I've traveled boiled my skin,
Now I cool off by the wind with ice in gin.
