#Commenter ranking system

People post a lot of poems on here but lots of poems are lacking comments. Maybe a ranking system would help with this, where you level up based on the number of words commented on other people's poems in the poetry channels. We would need to find a discord bot that can track this.

There should probably also be some perk to leveling up(commenting) enough, but I'm not sure what that would be.

Another idea is to make it a requirement to comment on someone else's poem before you post yours. Some places do something similar to this. However, it might be harder to enforce since it might be a bit too strict, and also hard to manage

Something like commenting on someone's poem will grant users more xp than usual like (x 1.2) for every message?

Or just plain ranking system to gain a sense of competitiveness (could increase the interaction) though i believe not as much...

Its an interesting idea, nonetheless

Respond to other's poems with kind thoughtful comments and they might return similar responses to your writing as well.

As in, there are a lot of users who want to climb up in levels for various perks... they all would certainly barge in here for the benefit

Nd itll be rewarding most often than not

Random reader here,

could this just lead to people spamming "I like this" or something similarly low-effort onto most poems? I think it would definitely up the amount of replies to poems, but it doesn't guarantee any kind of quality. Maybe this isn't that bad of a thing? But something that could happen
