This is soooo good, the only bit of feedback I have is on the line where it says "to be more than just a friend" you could get rid of the word just, to aid the flow of the poem

“he forgets how to stand” that tiny detail says sm! he’s swept up in the moment, maybe a little nervous, totally captivated by you. it’s adorable and real. “i took my chance to not be late” ooo that gives the whole scene a gentle urgency. like this moment was meant to be, and you weren’t going to let it slip away. “the wind whispers, the moon lingers” love this!!! such a soft n cinematic touch. nature itself is pausing just to watch ur love story begin🥺
