WOAH okay the utter toxicity that this person is in harming the speaker is well-put! The variety of imagery portrays the different shades of manipulation and it's so messed up he's done you this dirty (hopefully your heart's already on healing now)

this reads almost like stream of consciousness style of the stanzas and creates a sense of immediacy and urgency. i love how you don't just tell the reader about the pain; you pull them right into the breathless and suffocating experience of it which really is very powerful! absolutely adore this
