You know your notification caught my attention when I read that it's a sonnet. I don't know myself but I've been feeling romance 😅😅. Anyway this so lovely like I have no words fo suggestions or improvements. It's a perfect 10. I love every verse of it and the way you bring out th natural state of man is just bravo. This is a lovely piece and honestly it's made me happy. Plus I'm playing 'Hungarian dance No.5 by Brahms' in the background and it just vibes well. Lovely job 💜💜🤍
I appreciate this immensely. AHA Hungarians dance no.5 at the same time must have been immaculate while reading 😌
Yeah it was just perfect bliss to say the least.
Could you tell me more about the line "Hearts of flesh, burning the rest."
It essentially reflects how we, born of the same heart of flesh, set fire to one another and taint the purity that once bound us, when our hearts were pure.
pretty much like a domino effect, once one heart is touched by hate, the corruption spreads staining every heart it meets.
this nature doesn’t apply to everyone of course. just merely what my poem reflects.
I like the second stanza, it reminds me of blinding rage.
