I run to you from me
The grass flows by my sides,
then sudden collapse into embrace
An anime spiraling in sunlight
and flowers all around us

I sit up in bed
and a silent clock projects
its numbers on my heart

I breathe the lack of light
and dread

Run you did, run away from me
And while into a run I stumble,
I stitch my side until I hold

The grass is grey
Withered flowers in the cold

thank you so much! i will look for places for commas! i know stitch my side is odd but it was deliberately supposed to be about the stitches you get when running and patching yourself up to go on

the last stanza is supposed to reflect the first and be a state of mind in the present rather than a dream.. i am staring at the third stanzas grammar now!
