Another great poem. I love the imagery and symbolism. I can see what you're writing; I can feel it. I like how you talk about the difference of catching your breath after exercise and catching your breath when you can finally stop worry and thinking. The only thing that stood out were the lines
"The one from freedom and a sense of relief,
The "My heart is finally free" I have that belief"
I would switch relief and belief, but that's just me.
