Sensitive poetry with topics about experiences surrounding trauma, grief, or mental health are often written and shared as a way to heal and process, not necessarily to seek attention.
Poems with heavy emotional content; trauma, grief, self-harm, mental illness, or abuse, can be intesne for new visitors who may not understand the context, a level system may be needed if implemented.
Readers could unintentionslly come across the spotlight page who aren't ready for the content and be overwhelmed, while writers will think they need to write riskier or darker poetry to be recognized, which could result in a sort of performative trauma writing, which wouldn't be all that healthy for sincere writers nor the community culture.
Note: As for post own and other channels. it already exists as the starboard.
Umm I think poems from sensitive poetry can also appear in starboard if I am not mistaken and I understood your statement properly
Example:

You're sbsolutely right.
As I understand it, they're deleted if too edgy.
I think if you just raise the bar for how good the poem has to be to get on the channel it wouldn't be much extra effort to, contact the creator to see if they care for it to be posted and to read then put a disclaimer.
And I think the benifit is much more worthwhile
Setting the treshhold is their decision, they would be choosing how much work they are doing
I have been here for a while not a long time but I have no clue what the starboard is and I think proves my point
Or maybe I am just really dumb
Can't tell bc I still cant find it ð
And don't know what it is I am looking for
I see this yes but how do you come across this
Idk I don't personally care about starboard much
Sometimes it feels like advertisement contest /jk
They don't I think
Do I have I have to opt for sensitive poetry in roles?
Nvm
Lol
Ah I see it now
Well my suggestion is a little redundant...
